Radio Frequency (Rf) Technical Analyst

Firstly, this role is Canberra based.
There may be some WFH (to be negotiated), but assume it is 5 days a week in the office.
Critically, the client requires you to have a current (or not more than 12 months expired) AGSM TSPV security clearance.  This is not negotiable, so if you do not have this, please do not apply!)
The Role They are seeking an RF Technologist who will be responsible for the design, integration, testing and documentation of engineering subsystems. 
You will be required to work across a variety of disciplines including RF hardware design, software configuration, testing and completing systems engineering documentation and procedures. 
You will be required to support team members in their required areas of expertise and share their knowledge to aid in improving staff understanding. 
You will be involved with testing and documentation, debugging and some design reviews.
You should have a broad knowledge across earthing, power, transmission and timing systems.
In addition, you should have the ability to modify RF equipment and systems to achieve bespoke operational requirements.
The Contract The contract will be let once all interviewing, reference checking and validation of your TSPV is complete.  
Our client is after the right person, and is not fussed if they start later this year, or in early 2025.
The initial contract period will be for 12 months, with potential for a further 12 months.
