GenesisCare has a fantastic opportunity for a Radiation Oncologist to join our team on the Fraser Coast (Hervey Bay & Bundaberg).
GenesisCare Fraser Coast offers high-quality radiation therapy treatment to our local and surrounding communities.
We treat cancer-diagnosed illnesses using specialised treatments, like VMAT and SABR.
We also offer non-surgical skin cancer treatments.
The practice operates on an Elekta platform and an Eclipse planning system and uses the Mosaiq Oncology Information System.
Currently the Linacs are capable of VMAT, IMRT, OBI and DIBH, as well as SABR and stereotactic cranial treatment.
As part of the GenesisCare Oncology Queensland network, you will be working collaboratively with a group of Radiation Oncologists with weekly State-wide educational meetings and chart rounds.
The key focus of the position will be to provide clinical care and daily management of associated multidisciplinary patient care to ensure efficient delivery of high quality radiation oncology treatment.
We're looking for someone who has: rrent registration as a Medical Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA) H Fellowship of the Royal Australia and New Zealand College of Radiation Oncologists (RANZCR) including sub-specialty training and recognition in Radiation Oncology.
Exp ence in a high level of competence in clinical Radiation Oncology and demonstrated participation in CME since qualification.
