We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our elite team of Patrol Officers.
With a commitment to safety and positive member experience, RACQ Patrol Officers will apply mechanical / auto expertise to provide exceptional roadside assistance to our members so that no one gets left stranded on the side of the road.

About you Strong safety focus in all aspects of workTrade qualified mechanic or auto-electrician/industry related qualificationsCurrent C Class Drivers Licence requiredDemonstrated customer service experience, with a focus on quality interactionsStrong diagnostic skills to identify and resolve issues efficientlyHighly organised with the ability to work autonomouslyWillingness to work a rotating roster across a 7-day work weekExcellent driving history with the ability to provide a 5-year traffic history reportAbility to complete pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen, and criminal record checkAbility to work in locations across Northern Suburbs including Aspley, Banyo, Bowen Hills, Enoggera, Geebung, Indooroopilly, Lawton, RothwellWhy join RACQ?
