Multiple positions available, generous pay rates, great benefits Monday May 27th start date with extensive training provided in a fun, hard-working Road Assistance team 24/7 rotating shifts, roster provided up to 6 weeks in advance Your new opportunity Due to some exciting growth and internal movements at RAA, we now have some amazing opportunities that have become available in our Roadside Assistance Centre – these are all full-time roles!  Full-time team members work 8-hour shifts over a 24/7 roster, with the roster provided up to 6 weeks in advance. Core hours for these roles are between 0500 – 0100. Reporting to the Team Manager in our Roadside Assistance Centre, the Call Centre Consultant is the first point of contact for our Members and commercial clients experiencing roadside vehicle breakdown. Consultants must demonstrate an excellent customer service focus that includes the ability to relate to member situations, show empathy and use initiative. In addition, you will: Respond to incoming calls from members and commercial clients in a professional and empathetic manner. Provide high quality customer service to maximise member customer experience. Effectively problem-solve and provide solutions for customer enquiries with minimal requirement to escalate issues. Work effectively with other team members and provide input to improve productivity. Adhere to monthly KPIs and call standards. About you You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. We are also looking for: Ability to work in a fast-paced, call centre environment. High level of attention to detail & ability to multitask. Professional telephone manner with the ability to demonstrate empathy. Strong knowledge of Adelaide metropolitan and SA country areas. Proficiency with MS Office software, database systems and strong data entry skills. Excellent communication skills which demonstrate an authentic & natural flair for quality customer service. Please note, if successful you will be required to work a rotating roster which includes shift work and weekend work.
