Exciting opportunity to join SA's iconic RAA Solar TeamFull-time permanent position based at Adelaide AirportFun, positive, upbeat and solution focused cultureWe are seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Consultant to join the RAA Solar & Battery Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing the experience for our members, ensuring they consistently receive personalised and exceptional service. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for their post-sales administration and service, together with:Managing inbound and outbound calls, focusing on after-sales service and customer satisfaction.Providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.Supporting sales efforts by booking site inspections and maintaining communication with members within specified timeframes.Processing data with a high level of accuracy.Plus much more, found in the position description here.About youYou are a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. You're passionate about helping our members and want to make a difference.
