We are seeking an experienced and motivated Environmental Consultant to join our team on a full time basis.
In this role, our new team member will:
Work with a broad range of clients and technical experts to project manage and execute delivery of large and small projects Conduct environmental impact assessments and prepare detailed reports, environmental impact statements, and management plans, ensuring regulatory compliance Liaise with government agencies, community groups, and other stakeholders to address environmental concerns and secure project approvals Maintain contemporary understanding of environmental, planning, regulatory and policy requirements Build relationships with clients based on authority and trust, providing them with technical expertise and compliant and innovative client-focused solutions Work in collaboration with wider team to ensure clients are provided with holistic high level technical support from relevant specialists and stakeholders Align and complement our values of integrity, honesty and respect, collaboration and innovation About You

In addition, successful candidates will have/be:
Tertiary degree/qualification (or pending) with excellent results in a relevant discipline such as environmental science, geology, soil, ecology, water, engineering, law or related sciences.
3-5 years experience in environmental consultancy Demonstrated experience in mining, quarrying or construction sectors advantageous Experience in conducting environmental impact assessments and delivery of environmental impact statements Contemporary knowledge and familiarity with environmental legislation, regulatory requirements, and approval processes Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive working relationships based on trust and respect High level written communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear and concise documents for clients and other stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect and assess environmental data and recommend effective solutions A passion for environmental consultancy, with a proactive and adaptable approach Current unrestricted drivers licence and willingness to travel to client sites as needed How to Apply
