The Role: R-Group is launching an exciting new growth strategy, looking to consolidate our market-leading position, built on significant growth over the last few years. We are seeking two dynamic and ambitious Business Development Managers to own and deliver against our strategic goals. Broad autonomy and space for creativity will be core to the ownership mindset we know will be required to succeed. Senior BDMs and those looking to step up to a more strategic role are encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidates will be focused and driven on building relationships and closing sales, possess a well-developed network of connections within the mining and resource sector, and be passionate about delivering innovative solutions to our clients.

Industry Knowledge: Has a deep understanding of the entertainment and communications needs of mining and resource companies, along with the ability to tailor solutions to meet those needs. You will be responsible for: Developing and Executing Sales Strategies: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to expand our client base within the mining and resource sector. Building and Maintaining Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, purchasing managers, and technical teams. Customised Solution Selling: Understand the unique needs and challenges of mining and resource companies and propose customised entertainment and communications solutions to address those needs. Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, with a generous reward scheme. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and threats proactively.
