R&D Lab Technician

About the company/role: Leading Health and Beauty manufacturer based in Northern Suburbs of Melbourne  Seeking an experienced R&D Lab Technician to join their team for a 6-month contract with potential to extend  Mon - Fri, 8am - 4pm Duties:  Reporting to the Laboratory Manager, your duties may include but are not limited to: Perform testing on reformulated and existing cosmetic products using wet chemistry techniques such as pH, viscosity etc.
Calibration of laboratory equipment Follow company policies and procedures General laboratory housekeeping About you: Bachelors of Science majoring in Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Science  1-2 years of demonstrated experience working in a GMP environment, ideally in a cosmetics laboratory Previous experience performing wet chemistry techniques Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment  Apply!
