The role

Due to continued growth, a new role has been created, R&D Formulation Coordinator, who reports to the Parkes based R&D Manager - Companion Animal Foods.

This key role:
Formulates great tasting, nutritionally balanced and cost-effective recipes Provides essential technical expertise to support daily manufacturing operations, quality control and procurement teams at the manufacturing facility The person

To be successful in the role you will have:
Qualification in Sciences: food science/animal / biology / nutrition / food related 3 years' experience in food manufacturing (pet, cat/dog preferred, livestock or human), R&D or quality preferred Nutrition / formulation experience in feed / food and applicable software Some experience with extruded pet food is desirable If Sydney based, there will be some travel once a month to the manufacturing facility.
