Full-time, permanent roleEstablished organisation experiencing growthCompany culture built on safety, quality and valuing one anotherSalary of up to $95K + super (dependent on experience)What will you be doing?Reporting to the head of R&D, you will be responsible for ensuring introduction of new products to the factory flows smoothly for a fast-growing company in the complementary medicines industry and its customers, adhering to company standards and the requirements of regulatory bodies e.g. the TGA.Your experience working as part of a team within a fast paced and deadline-driven environment will see you excel in this role.
Your key responsibilities will include: Liaise with clients and suppliers regarding product development projectsFormulate products in accordance with company quality and efficacy expectationsProduce bench samples in the laboratory according to GLPConduct general product and stress testing to ensure formulation robustness and efficacy claims complianceReport writing for justifications and supporting evidence for new product development projectsResearch based project management to ensure projects meet their required timelinesCommunicate the status of new product development to Business Managers and Project ManagersDevelop and maintain Master Formulas for all products that are manufactured within the companyCollate the documentation data set from raw material suppliers for all new materials to be qualified into the approved list.Provide technical information to project managers, business managers, quality assurance and other staff in the planning and purchasing departments if required.Write and conduct process validation protocols and reports when required.Conduct risk assessment analysis for formulation impacted changesInitiate change controls and deviations when requiredCoordinate with QC regarding stability studies and assist in internal and external auditsWhat do you need? 3+ years of experience in a similar roleRelevant tertiary qualificationsA solid foundation in chemistry, science, or chemical engineeringExcellent lab practices, regulatory compliance and record keepingIn-depth knowledge of TGA and GMP regulationsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsMust be prepared to be hands on when requiredIf this position sounds like you then hit APPLY now, alternatively email Mike Hadley on ****** with your resume.
