My client is a technology-driven boutique Accounting and Asset Management firm in Brisbane.

We are looking for a Business Advisory and Tax Accountant, contributing to all aspects of tax, accounting, and advisory services.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Demonstrated proficiency in tax, accounting, and technical skills.
Efficient workflow coordination and strategic planning.
Oversight and review of work done by Junior Accountants.
Assessment and management of IAS/BAS/GST filings.
Effective communication and collaboration with clients, ATO, ASIC, and other key stakeholders.
Conducting client presentations.
Providing Xero training and support to clients.
Skills and Experience:
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication skills and technical tax expertise.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work independently with a keen eye for detail, while also contributing positively to a dynamic, professional team environment, fostering business growth.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Accounting Industry.
CPA/CA qualification preferred, with full support for CA/CPA Studies.
In-depth technical tax knowledge and the ability to apply it to advise clients in a supportive setting.
Proven experience supporting clients with their business growth and cashflows.
Prompt and effective support and advice provision to clients.
Proficiency in optimizing processes using Xero for enhanced efficiency.
