About the Role
The Senior Project Manager / Delivery Lead is a senior-level position, reporting to the CMO and CEO. This role is pivotal in driving project delivery excellence, managing end-to-end project lifecycles, and optimising processes. You'll oversee cross-functional teams, budgets, risks, and dependencies while fostering strong client relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration across global teams. This role also includes managing a Project Coordinator and establishing best practices in agile delivery.
With a focus on results and efficiency, this position is ideal for a proactive leader with expertise in vendor management, governance, and technical communication, combined with a passion for delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Project Management Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from scoping and planning to delivery, closure, and transition. Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets. Oversee risk, issue, and dependency management. Handle budget forecasting, expenditure tracking, and resource utilisation. Lead project transition and closure activities to ensure successful outcomes. Client Management Build and nurture strong client relationships. Deliver tangible value to clients while identifying upselling opportunities. Leverage consulting or presales experience to enhance client engagements. Leadership Plan and allocate resources effectively, resolving day-to-day challenges within cross-functional teams. Guide teams to address issues that impact project success. Mentor and manage one direct report (Project Coordinator). Team Collaboration Collaborate with global teams across the Netherlands, Malaysia, and Australia. Partner with the CMO to establish and maintain delivery best practices. Communicate effectively with technical resources to drive success. Qualifications Proven experience managing approximately 10 projects of varying sizes and stages. Expertise in establishing and communicating delivery best practices. Strong technical acumen and ability to engage with technical teams. Agile delivery certification and experience with the Jira platform. E-commerce experience is highly desirable.
