Quinn Allan is currently partnering with a manufacturing company that is part of a global network.
Our client is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee all financial aspects of the business and actively engage in the implementation of best practices, enhancing processes, and shaping the business's strategic financial direction.
About the role Oversee financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to senior management for decision-making Manage cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial legislation Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions Develop and manage financial models, planning, and budgeting processes WIP calculation and project tracking About you Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in a small/medium-sized business Progress claims experience preferred Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude How to apply
