Business Improvement Analyst About the Opportunity Berendsen Fluid Power is seeking a dynamic Business Improvement Analyst to provide commercial reporting, analysis and support services across the business to contribute to business efficiency, controls and growth. This is a 'hands on' role where you will drive business initiatives and actively partner with a wide range of stakeholders from the Workshop through to the Board across a variety of businesses within the Questas Group.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Analyse and interpret commercial data to identify trends, concerns and opportunities. Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and scorecards, focusing on financial and operational implications and opportunities. Contribute to business efficiency and growth by undertaking projects. Involvement in the tender process across the business and negotiating contract terms. Prepare and execute capital equipment business cases and acquisitions. Prepare boardroom presentations and proposals. Monitor KPIs and investigate non-conformances. Experience in a partnering role, providing analysis and insights supporting business leaders to make commercial decisions. This is a role with a high level of stakeholder engagement, so you will need to be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. A self-starter, who is highly organised with strong attention to detail. Comfortable with managing multiple projects at once. Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools e.g. Power BI. Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of ERP systems. Passionate about delivering high quality results.
