Queensland Regional Manager - Licences 4 WorkJust Careers Training Pty Ltd t/a Licences 4 Work is Australia's leading and largest Registered Training Organisation in Australia, with 12 training sites around the country.We have delivered and issued well over 175,000 licences, tickets, and qualification outcomes to individuals in 2023, and we are on track to exceed that in 2024.Licences 4 Work offers Nationally Recognised Training in the Construction, Safety, and Warehouse/Supply Chain and Logistics Industries.A great opportunity to join our brand as our Queensland Regional Manager is available now.Purpose of the Role:This role will see our Queensland Regional Manager oversee the current Brisbane operations, which consist of a Branch Manager-managed and purposely built training center situated in Coopers Plains. The successful candidate will ensure full capitalisation of existing operations and continue the execution of our growth strategies within Brisbane, greater Brisbane, and the state of Queensland, making Licences 4 Work the training provider of choice for all Queenslanders.This role may also present an opportunity to expand responsibilities to manage additional regions in the future.Your responsibilities will include:Ensuring a high level of engagement with key internal stakeholders to achieve operational outcomes.Managing and mentoring a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.Executing the expansion strategy for the state of Queensland and driving operational excellence across all aspects of the region.Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure planning and forecasting is achieved with all operational matters.Implementing change management strategies to improve processes and outcomes.Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.Analysing performance metrics and developing strategies to optimise results.Overseeing all training programs to ensure contractual requirements are met.Meeting budgetary requirements and budget forecasting.Acting as a brand ambassador, upholding our commitment to quality and service excellence.What are we looking for?To be successful in this role, you will have:A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar management role.Proven experience in Vocational Education (VET), Retail, or Service industries with change management experience.A high-calibre and dynamic leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Self-sufficient and a self-starter, tactical and strategic.Able to drive our company's culture, vision, and strategic direction.Understanding of profitability, supply and demand, while maintaining quality and customer focus.A passion for driving excellence and inspiring teams and individuals to achieve their full potential.Adaptability to manage in a fast-paced and evolving environment.Experience working with or around sales and hitting targets.Able to identify growth opportunities and own projects.Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving practical solutions.Excellent communication and people skills, and a strong work ethic.What We Offer:A salary between $130k - $150k ++ salary package.Opportunities for career advancement, including potential growth to oversee additional regions.A supportive and collaborative team environment.The chance to work with a trusted name in training and development.If you have previous RTO experience, this will be extremely advantageous for you.Salary package for the successful applicant will be based on previous proven skills and experience.If you think this may be what you've been looking for, then apply now by sending your covering letter and resume to ****** or simply hit the apply button.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Do you have experience working for a registered training organisation (RTO)?How many years' experience do you have as a regional manager?What's your expected annual base salary?Do you have a current Working With Children (WWC) Check?Do you have any leave planned in the next 6 months?How many years of people management experience do you have?Have you worked in a role where you were responsible for budget management & forecasting?
