We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate, consult, and negotiate with stakeholders, including Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) and educational institutions, to broker and implement tailored learning and development solutions. In this role, you will be our lead for the development and delivery of career entry programs. In doing so, you will contribute to building pipelines of talent and apply contemporary learning methodologies to design, develop, and deliver both face-to-face and blended learning content. This may also include e-learning, to address key legislative and operational needs. You will also conduct research and needs analysis, collecting data to evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaboration with subject matter experts will be essential to develop engaging and impactful learning resources.
The successful person You will have demonstrated:
Demonstrated success in group facilitation skills, and high level interpersonal and communication skills, to consult and negotiate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders on education, training and development, including developing and delivering presentations and information sessions. Strong written, presentation, research and report writing capabilities with the ability to understand and interpret information and data as it relates to learning and development. Proven ability to develop, monitor, review and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs. Career entry programs and or wider human resource initiatives, including face-to-face and e-learning, supporting workforce development. High level research, conceptual, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills and an ability to coordinate multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities within a complex environment. Demonstrated high level communication, consultation, negotiation and interpersonal skills and demonstrated capability to work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal organisational outcomes. Demonstrated success in large, complex organisations in the strategic development and delivery a broad range of human resource initiatives including but not limited to Career Pathways, Attraction, Learning and Workforce Development.
