Recruitment Officer, Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Services - Cairns Work in partnership with hiring managers to deliver high levels of customer service and recruitment advice to ensure Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service attracts quality candidates who best incorporate our culture and values. You will be part of a busy and dynamic team responsible for high volume onboarding and pre-employment screening, facilitating the attraction and retention of a talented workforce who will deliver quality health services to the region.
Responsibilities Provide a high standard of customer service to all stakeholders positively representing the Recruitment Services unit and to provide a professional and positive experience for Hiring Managers to both internal and external candidates. Provide assistance on a range of matters including the application of recruitment and selection policies and procedures as well as relevant legislative and regulatory requirements. Support and assist the Team Leader and Recruitment Manager in the design and delivery of a range of projects and programs as delegated or required.
