The Principal Advisor provides authoritative advice on Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service transformation and digital portfolio governance and assurance services, partnering and collaborating to create opportunities and deliver sustainable improvements to solve the challenges faced by the health service and our consumers.

An opportunity has become available for a Principal Advisor to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12,000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will:
Review and implement service improvement strategies, including the analysis and evaluation of transformation and digital initiatives. Deliver governance and assurance services for transformation and digital initiatives, providing advice, communication and engagement, capability building, and monitoring. Develop complex executive briefs, submissions, presentations, and information papers. Lead planning and assessment of transformation and digital initiatives to achieve effective, efficient, and sustainable outcomes. About you:
To be successful in this position you will require:
Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed. Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost). Flexible work options. Salary Packaging. Base salary ranging from $5,214.20 - $5,595.80 per fortnight. About Us:
The Strategy, Transformation, Research, Infrastructure, Digital + Excellence division has been established to define, design, enhance delivery, and sustainability of our most significant service improvement and digital transformation opportunities.
Our high-level responsibilities for the division are for corporate strategy and planning and oversight and management of strategic partnerships, service improvement, digital transformation, digital operations, digital assets, digital partnerships, portfolio/program/project management including major capital/infrastructure programs, clinical coding, service disruption, service redesign.
