Exciting opportunities are currently available for experienced Pharmacists to join the Pharmacy Department at the Bundaberg, Hervey Bay and Maryborough Hospital within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service. The Wide Bay area is arguably one of the most beautiful regions of Queensland, providing acute care services to a population of over 200,000 residents including several rural communities.
Your opportunity: This role will work as a Pharmacist member of a multi-disciplinary team delivering high quality pharmaceutical care and services to consumers. This role will also promote safe, effective and efficient use of medicines in keeping with the department's goals, objectives and mission statement of the WBHHS. As a member of the Pharmacy team, this role will be required to work at Bundaberg, Maryborough and Hervey Bay Hospitals and may be required to attend the Maryborough Correctional Facility. Casual Positions Available Prior to being made an offer of employment, you will be required to demonstrate immunity to the following Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD): Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (chicken pox) and Pertussis (whooping cough).
Our offer: You will receive competitive salary rates between $47.61 - $69.98 p.h., with employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%). Job Ad Reference: H2401WB539314
