Description The Wide Bay region's leading healthcare facilities, Hervey Bay and Maryborough Hospitals, require an exceptional Executive Director to lead their dedicated leadership team.
As Executive Director, you will drive strategic direction and operational success, ensuring high-quality patient care across a diverse community. Your focus will be on excellence, innovation, and collaboration with medical professionals, hospital staff, and stakeholders.
This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and oversees the overall performance of both hospitals within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service (WBHHS). Key responsibilities include financial, activity, service access, patient flow, and clinical governance performance indicators.
You will manage a significant budget and oversee 1500 staff across the two hospitals, responsible for clinical and operational support, as well as human resource issues.
Our Offer You will receive a competitive remuneration package worth up to $247,221 p.a., including a salary between $181,052 - $188,781 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%), annual leave loading (17.5%), and a motor vehicle allowance of $26,520.
