Permanent full time opportunity to provide administrative support to key stakeholders within the Day Procedure Unit and Theatre environment, and a high level of professional customer service.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Fulfil the accountabilities of this role in accordance with Metro North Hospital and Health Services' core values. Screen incoming telephone calls and provide initial responses within delegation, and examine and prioritise incoming correspondence. Manage correspondence to ensure all correspondence is received, actioned and responded to in line with deadlines and complies with Queensland Health policy. Exercise judgment and discretion in undertaking various tasks whilst being responsible for the quality of work undertaken.
