As a key member of the Risk team you will:
Contribute to the design, development, implementation and maintenance of the frameworks, processes and controls in consultation with business leaders and stakeholders. Foster relationships to enable you to act as a trusted and influential advisor, with a focus on supporting others to achieve their outcomes while addressing matters related to risk, fraud prevention, and business continuity. Partner with stakeholders to build organisational capability and strengthen the quality of their risk management and assurance knowledge and practices and the integration with strategic and business operations. Identify opportunities for efficiencies and improved process experiences. Assist with data and information collection and analysis. Prepare presentations, dashboards and reports for a range of stakeholders. Regularly source information and stay attuned to the changing strategic and operational environment. Take an agile and flexible approach to ensuring deliverables and methods align to business expectations and contribute to a high performing department.
