About the role
The purpose of the HVAC Technician role is to provide delivery of the HVAC and refrigeration services needed to maintain service delivery capability of the facilities represented. This is to be achieved through compliance with the Metro North Values, adherence to all prescribed systems and processes.
About you
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate working knowledge in testing, maintaining and diagnostics of the following systems including, but not limited to:
Central Energy Plant Steam boilers and associated Plant Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Plant, including chilled water and DX systems Exhaust and pressure supply systems Compressor, vacuum and pressure vessel systems Fire Alarm and Prevention Systems Medical associated Plant and Equipment Monitoring and management of a BMS system Full Function Fire Testing Health care facilities and services Health Equity It is expected that
