The successful candidate will oversee the asset management process including delegation of incoming and outgoing queries to the appropriate manager.

Key competencies/suitability (role specific criteria and personal qualities): You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following:
Lead branch administration and manage the administrative functions of the unit. This will include the development and implementation of business policies and processes, managing the allocation of resources, monitoring workflow, and setting priorities. Take responsibility for the continued development of staff. Have extensive experience and ability in office administration including current knowledge of business procedures and policies. Possess a high level of communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise, negotiate, and consult with a wide variety of clients as well as preparing clear and concise documents. High level of organisation skills and the ability to work within a high-pressure environment while establishing work priorities and meeting daily deadlines in an environment of conflicting priorities. Qualifications, registrations and other requirements: It may be a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against one or more of the following vaccine preventable diseases during their employment (Health Employment Directive No. 01/16): measles, mumps, rubella (MMR), varicella (chicken pox), pertussis (whooping cough), hepatitis B, tuberculosis.
