An exciting opportunity exists for an Administration Officer who will provide a high level of confidential administrative support for the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS). This position is a prime point of contact for internal communication on a daily basis and externally with various departments and agencies.
Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Within the SCHHS, the Research Governance and Development Unit facilitates the approval and management of research projects, including clinical trials. This position is responsible for providing, developing and maintaining an efficient, effective, ethical and confidential administrative support service to the Research Governance and Development Unit to facilitate departmental outcomes.
Key Responsibilities include: Provide administrative support to the Director Research, Manager Research and NUM/CNC Clinical Trials including the development, implementation and maintenance of departmental information systems, including those relating to staffing, projects and grants. Provide support to the Research Governance and Clinical Trials teams through working knowledge of relevant systems, including ieMR (administrative functions), HBCIS, ESM, MyHR, S4HANA, Ethical Review Manager (ERM) and communication / videoconferencing systems. Manage the procedural document library for Research, templating documents as required and liaising with Procedural Governance Unit to review and publish documents. Remuneration value up to $8138 p.m., comprising salary between $2950.00 - $3280.70 p.f., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3) (Fixed Term Temporary Full time, 76 hrs p.f. for nine months).
