About the role
Deliver a seamless patient experience by providing efficient bookings, referrals, admissions, and reception services for all clients within Procedural Services. This role will undertake a wide range of duties while working in a team environment, rotating between roles within Procedural Services and STARS Administration Services.
About you

Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly and confidently with patients, members of the public, and facility staff, face-to-face and via virtual care services, asking questions, responding to inquiries, and providing accurate information. Manage workload appropriately with effective time management practices, prioritizing tasks and ensuring all tasks are completed within appropriate timeframes. Understand and anticipate patient and service needs, including recognizing potential issues, undertaking investigations to find and implement solutions in a timely manner. Undertake special projects and assignments as required by the Senior Administration Officer, Procedural Services and the Manager Administration Services. Health Equity
