Community Corrections is devoted to delivering evidence-informed case management and individualised support to people in the community under a variety of supervision orders imposed by the courts and Parole Board Queensland, with an aim to protect the community and reduce reoffending by providing tailored supervision to meet the individual risks and needs of supervised individuals.
As Supervisor of Hervey Bay District Office, you will be responsible for developing a small team of professionally qualified staff who case manage different cohorts of offenders under supervision with Community Corrections.
You will oversee work practices ensuring performance and practice are consistent and of a high-quality standard.

Qualifications, Professional Registration, Conditions And Other Requirements: There are no mandatory qualifications for this role.
The successful applicant may be required to travel on official business, and the possession of a C class licence is required and will be mandatory where it is identified as essential by the hiring panel.
