Reporting directly to the Supervisor – Raw Materials Maintenance, you will contribute to our Safe, Stable and Sustainable vision by:
Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with site health, environmental and community policies, systems and procedures Completing planned maintenance and breakdown repairs on a wide range of Electrical and Instrumentation equipment Maintain Fixed Plant Equipment and rail mounted machines. Working on complex PLC motor control on wharf machines and conveying systems Installation, maintenance, commissioning and calibration of instruments such as pressure, flow, temperature, mass, level and motion Continuously improving plant stability by identification and elimination of equipment failures and identifying improvements in planned preventative maintenance regimes About you To be successfully considered for this role, you should have:
Demonstrated ability to safely work as an individual and within a team environment Current Queensland Electrical Licence is essential Experience with instrumentation and high voltage would be highly desirable (Certificate III in Instrumentation preferred) Demonstrated experience in fixed plant maintenance, diagnostic fault finding and problem-solving skills Experience working with VSD's, PLC logic, electronic relays and fault finding on complex circuits is highly beneficial Experience completing hazardous area installation and maintenance work would be highly desirable Demonstrated ability to function effectively as part of a team and to autonomously manage your workload What's on offer We know there are many aspects of our employees' lives that are important, and work is only one of these, so we offer benefits to enable your work to fit with your life.
