We have an opportunity for Electrical / Fitter Mechanic to join our Electrical Integrity team.
Reporting directly to the Supervisor – Primary Distribution, you will contribute to our Safe, Stable and Sustainable vision by:
Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with site health, environmental and community policies, systems and procedures Completing planned and breakdown maintenance of a wide range of Electrical and Instrumentation equipment (including high voltage repairs) Diagnosing and recommending repair methods Completing Hazardous Area and Gas System installation and maintenance work Continuously improving plant stability by identification and elimination of equipment failures and contributing to site safety culture About you
To be successfully considered for this role, you should have:
Demonstrated ability to safely work as an individual and within a team environment Current Queensland Electrical Licence is essential Demonstrated diagnostic fault finding and problem-solving skills Industrial High Voltage qualifications and experience is essential Exposure to Bailey DCS systems, hazardous area work is desirable Previous work with VSD's, DCS logic, electronic relays and fault finding on complex circuits is highly regarded Experience with cathodic protection system repair and maintenance will be beneficial.
Exposure to gas systems and PLC controlled systems would be advantageous A positive and motivated attitude What's on offer
