As the site Supervisor, you will report directly to the Quarry Manager. As a Supervisor, you will have strong leadership skills and the ability to positively influence the site's safety culture. You will play a key role in ensuring the site operates in a safe and efficient manner, from mine planning and load & haul through to processing, maintenance and loadout. You will have a focus on continuous improvement enabling the site to achieve business objectives. About you Experience in safety orientated leadership and a working knowledge of Safety Management Systems. Passion for safety - previous employment in a zero harm environment Communications skills, ability to deal with stakeholders and customers across a broad spectrum Practical crushing and screening experience is preferred.
