The role Adbri Quarries currently has an opportunity for a multi-skilled Quarry Worker to join the team at our Katherine Quarry in Northern Territory in a full-time permanent role. Our Quarry Workers operate a variety of mobile and fixed plant, including loaders, excavators, dozers, and dump trucks, both rigid and articulated, as well as fixed and mobile crushing and screening plants. Currently, we are specifically seeking applications from Mobile Equipment Operators experienced in operating front-end loaders, excavators, dump trucks, dozers, watercarts, as well as experience with crushing and screening plants.

This role will initially be an afternoon shift, with the successful candidate being flexible to accommodate various shift requirements.
Responsibilities Ensure safety, health and environment standards are maintained. Operate mobile plant and equipment. Undertake housekeeping and basic maintenance. Occasional manual handling and general labouring. What you will need to succeed Current RII competencies for front-end loaders for loading customer trucks. Current driver's license. Strong mechanical aptitude. Strong commitment to health and safety. Must be accepting of occasional manual labour when required.
