This role is key to efficient site operations and ensuring we're providing high quality products to clients in a timely fashion.
In this role you we will have varied and complex day to day responsibilities where getting the best outcomes is driven by your strong attention to detail and quality focus.Some of the benefits: Permanent role with strong pipeline of workWork with talented and experienced colleaguesCompetitive remuneration package with overtime availableA company culture focused on the recognition of effort and reward for achievement About you:To succeed in this key role it is preferable to demonstrate experience in the following areas: Strong capability in front end loader operationsLoading trucks to axle weightsQuality control focus with a good eye for product consistencyStockpile preparationPit floor preparation and bunding managementSales loader experience - experience with the load rite system on loader for correct weight on road trucks preferable.Familiarity with quarry products and QA manufacturing / stockpiling process preferable, will provide trainingEquipment maintenance experience preferable.
