Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Quarry Manager to oversee all aspects of quarry operations, including planning, production, maintenance, safety, and environmental compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing quarry operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize quarry operations and meet production targets
- Manage daily operations to ensure efficient production and delivery of materials
- Oversee maintenance and repairs of equipment and facilities
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to meet customer requirements
- Manage budget and cost control measures to maximize profitability
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quarry operations, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Strong knowledge of quarry operations, equipment, and safety regulations
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Valid driver's license
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field preferred
Proven experience in managing quarry operations
