Qualified Quantity Surveyor (2+ years exp)or
Senior Quantity Surveyor (6+ years exp)To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a working knowledge of CostX. You will be required to undertake the duties of a Quantity surveyor with post-contract work including:
Undertaking detailed measurement and pricingWorking as a part of a team to achieve project outcomesBuilding client and stakeholder relationshipsUndertaking site inspectionsPreparing Progress Claims and undertaking assessmentsQualities and experience:
Attention to detail and methodical approach to workRelevant Tertiary QualificationsAIQS or RICS membership preferred MUST have a minimum of 2 years post graduate experience in the Australian marketSuccessful, enthusiastic, keen to succeedExcellent telephone and communication skillsExcellent written communicationExcellent computer skills and knowledge of electronic measurement systems
