Residential and canal-side mixed-use development.24-month residential, multi-phase to 5 floors with preservation/conservation of existing listed structures on site.Various projects in Meath, Louth & North Dublin in the pharma, data, industrial, educational, healthcare & commercial sectors.Refurb, fit out & restoration projects to listed structures including hotels and state buildings across the region.Proven commercial skills associated with projects listed above, previous experience of public works contracts an advantage but not necessary.
