Create a better tomorrow with Siemens Mobility today: In this 2-years fixed-term contract opportunity, you will be an integral part of our project execution team, actively managing project opportunities and mitigating risks, both internal and external. As a core team member, you will support project teams in identifying new opportunities within existing projects and ensure that all services are delivered as per contractual conditions.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor and actively manage project opportunities and mitigate risks. Support project teams in seeking new opportunities within existing projects. Identify deviations in services considering the conditions contractually provided. Record, verify, and bill additional and supplementary services to existing contracts, including preparation of detailed and well-costed proposals. Prepare detailed extension of time proposals, including justification for acceleration and prolongation costs where appropriate, in coordination with the project team. Interface with contract management and key internal and external stakeholders. Proactively identify additional works exceeding Siemens' contractual obligations, coordinating with project managers, engineering managers, installation and testing managers, and procurement. Your Qualifications and Skills to Create a Better Tomorrow: Bachelor's degree in engineering, quantity surveying, or a related construction field. Professional membership in a relevant construction or quantity surveying organization. Extensive experience in project/contract/claims management for international infrastructure projects, with a focus on railway signaling. Proficiency in costing and billing additional services, understanding complex contracts, and using scheduling programs like Primavera.
