Job DescriptionComplete quantity measures for structural, piping, E&I, mechanical, and painting worksReconcile MTO with clientEnsure works and costs are in-line with the contractIdentify variances that arises in the contractManage disputed itemsPrepare forecast on overall project costsMonitor on the variation in work scope periodicallyHandle any commercial claimsFollow up with production team on changes on-site, which includes but not limited to, design drawing changes, site instructions, job confirmation sheetPrepare and submission of change proposal to clientJob RequirementsDegree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalentMinimum 4 years experience in structural fabrication and construction works for large construction projectsAble to work in a team
