Quantity Surveyor required to join and support the project team in delivering a high-profile industrial project in Western Brisbane.
Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Administrator (CA & Estimating Experience Required) Our client is seeking a motivated Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a high-performing team, delivering a largescale industrial project in the Western Suburbs. In this role, you'll be integral to the project team, handling both contracts administration and estimating responsibilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrafting Scope of Works, tender packages, and providing project/financial reportingEstimating project costs, preparing cost plans, and conducting cost analysisCash flow forecasting and maintaining accurate cost codesSub-contractor letting, liaison, and managementPreparing, reviewing, and negotiating contractsEnsuring compliance, quality, and project timelines are metProcessing/reviewing progress claimsLiaising with project teams, suppliers, and stakeholdersMaintaining a register of suppliers and sub-contractorsRequirements:3+ years of Australian QS experience favouredProven history on largescale commercial projectsDegree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or equivalentPractical on site construction experience advantageousStrong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solvingA can-do attitude and eagerness to grow your construction expertiseUnrestricted full-time working rightsBenefits:Long term career pathwaysA company that takes care of their staffWork on high-profile projects with industry veteransHow to Apply:If you meet the above requirements and are ready for your next career challenge, click APPLY or send your CV to: .
