Your new companyOur client is a well-established and regional Civils Contractor who is currently on the lookout for an experienced and reliable Quantity Surveyor to join its talented commercial team. Based from their offices near Chester, this role is currently for an unknown duration, and you will be overseeing various civil and groundworks projects.As Quantity Surveyor, you will:Oversee various civil and groundworks projects of up to £6 million in valuePrepare cost estimates and budgets for civils and groundworks projectsManage project finances, including procurement, contracts, and valuationsMonitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycleManage variations and valuations of projectsProduce CVRsManage final accountsLiaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholdersWhat you require:Experience in NEC contractsPrevious Civils and Groundworks experienceUK-based contractor experienceWhat we offer:We are offering a freelance Quantity Surveyor position with an expanding subcontractor in the North West at a competitive daily rate, so don't hesitate to get in touch.Call Osian on (phone number removed) or email for more information.
