We cover everything from leading teams, planning works, tracking progress, and business case delivery to bringing assets into use.In a Cost Manager Mech, Elec and Power role, you will have knowledge in:Developing cost estimates from drawings and specifications for Mech, Elec and Power.Managing contracts across the lifecycle of the project.Conducting estimate assurance reviews and associated report writing.Leading the Cost Management team across a variety of different projects in Real Estate, Defence, and Infrastructure.Displaying excellence in service delivery leadership.QualificationsAustralian Citizenship and ability to gain defence clearance.A recognised Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Engineering, or similar.Infrastructure experience prerequisite, especially with aviation or utilities.Ability to produce resource-based estimates, top-down cost plans, or parametric cost models.Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills.Demonstrable reputation for challenge, innovation, and continued improvement.Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clients.Additional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
