Overview Our in-house recruiting team is expanding! We are looking for a Quantitative Graduate Recruiter to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our campus recruiting efforts. You will join a team of recruiters focused on hiring top-tier talent into Susquehanna's university-level programmes. Beyond interviewing and hiring, you will work directly with our university contacts to maintain existing relationships, as well as create new connections to expand our overall reach. Your efforts will directly impact our hiring strategy, recruiting process, and recruitment marketing & branding initiatives. We are looking for an innovative problem solver who can leverage new tools and ideas to strengthen our brand recognition, diversify our recruiting efforts, and attract the best talent.
