As a key part of our consulting team, you will be fully immersed in every aspect of the research and insight process, using your expertise to lead the research and insight process, design, manage, and report on projects that make a real difference.Seen as a trusted client partner, this exciting opportunity will see you as the key contact for a number of our client relationships. Working alongside our clients and other members of our team to understand and explore their business issues and goals, you will design and deliver solutions that enable bold decision making and create commercial impact.As an Account Director, you will be a key part of building the culture and direction of the team and grow the business. You bring solid marketing know-how, have a knack for adding richness to stories through data curation, and seamlessly blend complementary sources such as cultural analysis and quant insights into your work. You'll translate complex findings into impactful insights and strategies that set our clients on the path to success.All while working alongside a passionate, experienced, and strategic team that will help you stretch your craft and client skills.ABOUT YOUWe are looking for someone who:Has fine-tuned expertise in research, marketing, statistical analysis, psychology, or social science fields.Is source agnostic and comfortable formulating insight and strategy from a wide variety of inputs such as quant, culture, and behavioral economics.Has working experience (around 6+ years) in a commercial or agency environment.Is a big thinker, able to connect the dots and unafraid to take interpretative leaps to put forward ideas that break convention.Is passionate about delivering high-quality work but can tread the line between perfectionist and pragmatist.Has excellent knowledge of insights covering a range of topics, including tracking, usage and attitude, brand and communication development and testing, innovation, and NPD.Develops a deep understanding of the organizations you work with and is confident to challenge client perspectives and briefs.Builds long-lasting relationships that deliver the best value to both parties.Feels at home both behind the tools and in the boardroom.Innovatively and creatively finds solutions and is open to new ideas.Is team-focused and will encourage, train, and develop others and share knowledge/expertise company-wide.Sets an example and is a leader within their own work and with clients.WHAT ARE SOME OF THE BENEFITS WE OFFER YOU?Join an award-winning agency that values innovation and transformative thinking.
