Their success in Australia has earned them a shelf of awards and attention from global clients, resulting in offices in the USA and new clients in the UK.The Role: Quantitative Strategic ConsultantAs a Quantitative Consultant, you'll sit within their Quantitative Insights & Analytics division, partnering with top-tier clients utilizing your research, analytics, consulting, and creative thinking skills. This role would suit a full-service quantitative researcher with prior commercial experience working within an agency environment and the ability to think analytically and creatively in synergy.With the support of an amazing mentor, you'll manage quantitative projects from start to finish. Your days will be a mixture of client management, project management, designing research, quantitative survey design, data analysis (charting, cleaning), report writing, crafting stories from data, and delivering compelling recommendations to clients.All projects are 100% bespoke, centered around inspiring outcomes that spark brand growth and give clients confidence in direction, ensuring they stay ahead of the curve. The types of topics you'll work on will span brand strategy, new product development, concept development, innovation, sensory formation, consumer journey mapping, price optimization, visual identity, and in-store brand experience.The range of methods/tools/techniques the quantitative division use are hugely varied and advanced, allowing you to further your analytical skills across choice modeling, regression, MaxDiff, TURF analysis, segmentation, market-mix modeling, and predictive modeling.The Culture: The team works on a hybrid model with Tuesday - Thursday in the office and Monday - Friday at home, with genuine flexibility around working hours and days.
