Renowned International Food ManufacturerLocated on the Central Coast of NSWShort term contract with potential to extendOur client is a global icon in the manufacturing of fine desserts and baked goods that is well known and enjoyed by generations with a reputation in quality food manufacturing and a longevity that has survived the ages.They are seeking a Quality Technologist for a 3 - 4 month contract to assist with their increased workload as they introduce new and improved products into the market.Your Duties Will Include:Working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to drive continuous improvement to quality, processes, and compliance to meet regulatory standards.Coordinate the hold and release of raw materials.Daily testing of ingredients and output.Investigate complaints and drive root cause analysis and corrective action.Participate in audits.Create and update documentation related to quality processes.#J-18808-Ljbffr
