Are you ready to lead our continuous improvement initiatives and drive excellence across our national supply chain team?
We're searching for an experienced Continuous Improvement (CI) Coordinator to join our team at Laminex. This is your opportunity to make a real difference by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and process redesign in a forward-thinking environment.
What you'll be responsible for: In this role, you'll analyse and identify opportunities for improvement using benchmarking, gap analysis, and best practices. You'll support and empower the national distribution network by providing training and guidance for Supply Chain Excellence (SCE) implementation. Standardising ways of working and ensuring stakeholder adoption will be key to your success.
You'll develop and execute a continuous improvement strategy in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring minimal operational disruption and maximum employee engagement. Monthly reviews with high-focus sites using the SCE KPI review framework will be part of your routine. Additionally, you'll liaise with various functions to prepare reports, monitor operations, and assess financial performance.
What we're looking for: Strong commercial acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills.Proven capacity to engage and influence key stakeholders.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Experience in leading change through contemporary continuous improvement/Lean supply chain methodologies.A relevant business degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, or a similar field.At least 5 years of experience in supply chain and/or continuous improvement.Successful leadership of operational excellence initiatives.Multi-site experience in supply chain operations and processes.Why Laminex?
