Full time, continuing appointment Professional level 5 salary - $72,061 to $83,249 pa Plus 17% superannuation and 6 weeks annual leave Casuarina Campus Help support learning and teaching initiatives within the Faculty of Health at Charles Darwin University (CDU) About the Position As the Quality Support Officer , you will support the Faculty of Health to drive quality in its courses, student experience and partnerships, with a strong focus on quality, adherence to regulations, student experience, and promotion of a strong team based approach to meeting deadlines. Working under the supervision of the Quality Assurance Manager and in consultation with other relevant staff you will support the development and review of HE qualifications, support student-centered activities within the Faculty, provide administrative support for academic integrity issues, and liaise with other cognate areas on matters relating to learning and teaching. About You To be successful, you will require: Relevant undergraduate qualification with subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of extensive relevant experience within an academic/pedagogical environment. Demonstrated high level of computer literacy, including word processing and electronic document management. Experience in supporting committees, the collection and synthesis of information/data and the preparation of high-quality resources and reports. Demonstrated high level interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills including the ability to communicate in a culturally sensitive manner with internal and external stakeholders to whom English may not be the first language. Strong organisational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing demands without compromising standards of service or quality. Proven ability to work autonomously with demonstrated flexibility and the ability to work in a challenging environment with problem-solving skills to achieve specific outcomes, initiative, discretion and judgement To view the responsibilities of the role, please click on the: Position Profile. The base salary will be in the range of $72,061 to $83,249 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $84,311 to $97,401 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
