About the Role We're on the lookout for a dynamic and innovative professional to join our team as a Quality Support Officer.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping the quality of care and education in our suite of School Age Care programs.
You'll work alongside a team of dedicated experts to ensure every child receives the highest standard of care, while also fostering an inclusive, play-based approach to learning.
As a key player in the team, you'll: Provide guidance, support, and advice to School Age Care Program Managers in developing engaging, play-based programs.
Help embed reflective practices that align with the NQF and NQS.
Support services in creating and submitting Strategic Inclusion Plans (SIP) to governing bodies and liaise with Inclusion Professionals to ensure all children's needs are met.
Monitor and enhance the quality of care provided across the sector, ensuring continuous improvement.
About You You're a qualified and passionate professional with a strong background in early childhood education.
You're a forward-thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
You'll bring: Diploma in Children's Services (essential) Bachelor's degree in early childhood teaching (desirable) Proven experience in a management role within the Education and Care sector Strong working knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) Familiarity with the Assessment and Rating Process governed by ACECQA Experience with the Inclusion Support Portal, creating Inclusion Support Plans, and applying for Inclusion Support Subsidies for School Age Care Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team What's in It for You?
