Position Overview What You'll Do: Risk Management: Advise co-manufacturers on technical and quality matters, ensuring seamless processes for new product development (NPD) and risk-based audits.Compliance Champion: Conduct audits, review performance, and make sure new co-manufacturers meet our high standards of quality.Imported Goods Oversight: Manage the inspection and release of incoming imported finished goods (IFIP) to meet Australian Quarantine requirements and ensure product integrity.Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present detailed monthly reports, communicate key issues and improvements with stakeholders, and lead feedback sessions with co-manufacturers.Safety First: Foster a culture of care, focusing on food safety and quality in every aspect of the supply chain.Ideal Candidate We're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with proven experience in supplier quality management – ideally within the food industry. If you have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of food safety standards, and the ability to juggle multiple projects with precision, this is your chance to shine!
