Position Overview
What You'll Do:
Risk Management: Advise co-manufacturers on technical and quality matters, ensuring seamless processes for new product development (NPD) and risk-based audits.
Compliance Champion: Conduct audits, review performance, and make sure new co-manufacturers meet our high standards of quality.
Imported Goods Oversight: Manage the inspection and release of incoming imported finished goods (IFIP) to meet Australian Quarantine requirements and ensure product integrity.
Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present detailed monthly reports, communicate key issues and improvements with stakeholders, and lead feedback sessions with co-manufacturers.
Safety First: Foster a culture of care, focusing on food safety and quality in every aspect of the supply chain.
Ideal Candidate
We're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with proven experience in supplier quality management – ideally within the food industry.
If you have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of food safety standards, and the ability to juggle multiple projects with precision, this is your chance to shine!

Qualifications
Proven experience in supplier quality management (preferably in the food industry).
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.
A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
