Quality SupervisorThe opportunity:The Quality Supervisor will oversee a team supporting the Quality Manager in Quality Assurance inspection, ensuring the timely delivery of both the internal auditing program and conforming product to manufacturing processes.Responsibilities of your new role:Writing and revising technical documents (policies, procedures, work instructions, internal standards, test reports and specification).Provide mentoring and on the job training as applicable for QA to assist management with inspections and quality inspection log transactions / activities.Adhere to quality management principles and processes to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Standard.Provide guidance to other departments on the acquisition and processing of data to aid process and product improvement.Perform the receiving and final inspection of the products as per the technical specifications.Develop and implement quality training and awareness programs.Supervise the activities of quality inspection staff.Support other Quality Manager tasks as appropriate.What you will need to be successful in the position:Recognised qualification in relevant field.Well-organised with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Experience in an electronics field would be an advantage.Certification in management system standards e.g., ISO 9001 is highly desirable.Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.Demonstrated ability to lead a small team.Strong organisational and time management skills.If you feel this is the right opportunity to suit your skillset, please apply now to this advertisement.For full details and job description feel free to email ******:quality, quality assurance, quality management systems, QMS, electronics, electronics manufacturing, manufacturing, ISO 9001, IPC-A610Education:Vocational/Professional Qualification
